Connectivity

The primary unique selling proposition (USP) of the Honor Magic Watch 4 is its eSIM and NFC connectivity. This smart wearable includes a pre-installed eSIM that can be set up according to your local carrier's compatibility, enabling you to make and receive calls directly from the watch. Additionally, the watch utilizes Bluetooth 5.2 to connect with your smartphone and incorporates five satellite positioning systems for precise location tracking.

Design and Display

The Honor Watch 4 features a square-shaped body with a single button located on the right side. The case of the watch is constructed using 6 series Aluminum. The middle frame has a glossy finish and includes a speaker positioned just below the button.

Honor offers the Watch 4 in three different color options: Obsidian Black, Cloud Water Blue, and Morning Glory Gold.

In terms of design and display, the Watch 4 boasts a 1.75-inch AMOLED panel with a resolution of 450 x 390 pixels, resulting in a pixel density of 340 PPI. The screen has a refresh rate of 60Hz. Additionally, Honor provides users with over 400 watch face options for customization.

Battery and OS

The Honor Watch 4 is powered by a 451mAh battery, which can provide up to 10 days of backup in a typical usage scenario. However, if the eSIM and GPS functionalities are extensively used, the battery life may be reduced to approximately 3 days. The watch charges using a magnetic POGO pin connector. In terms of software, it runs on Honor's MagicOS 7.2 version.

Sports Modes

The Honor Watch 4 offers an extensive range of sports modes, comprising a total of 85 options. Additionally, it includes 12 professional workout modes to cater to specific fitness activities. Moreover, the watch is capable of tracking basic modes like walking, running, swimming, cycling, and badminton, among others. It also provides tracking features for monitoring your heartbeat, sleep patterns, stress levels, and blood oxygen levels.
