On using both the mouse myself I can tell you that if you have a big hand size then you will feel more comfortable with Logitech M221 than M235. 

On the other hand, if you have a smaller hand size then you should buy a Logitech M235 mouse.

Weight

If you compare them on their weight then the Logitech M221 mouse is 7 grams lighter than the M235 which is a plus point for the M221. 

So by comparing them on weight m221 is a clear winner here. So now move on to a comparison of other features.

Both Mouse comes with an Ambidextrous Design which makes them more suitable for any user whether the user uses them from the right or left hand.

Grip

Both of the Mouses are built with high-quality plastic but M235 provides rubber side gripping. 

When you use both mice for long hours you face a grip issue in m221 because it doesn't provide rubber gripping.

Logitech M235: This mouse comes with a non-rechargeable 1 AA battery included with the mouse itself and Logitech claims 1 year of battery which depends on your usage of the mouse.

It has a battery power indicator on the top mouse. As it uses invisible optic technology, there’s no red light at the back of the mouse for tracking.

Buttons

Logitech M221: This mouse comes with 2 buttons & Scroll Wheel along with an on/off switch on the back of the mouse. 

If you prefer to work late at night or you are in audio recording and editing then you should consider this mouse because it's a slight mouse with almost no clicking sound.

Logitech M235: This mouse comes with 2 buttons & Scroll Wheel along with an on/off switch on the back of the mouse. 

If you like mechanical keyboards and you have no problem with the clicking sound of the mouse then you can consider this mouse.

Warranty

Both Logitech M221 & M235 Come with 3 years of warranty which is provided by Logitech. So in terms of warranty, both are equal.

The reason behind choosing Logitech M235 are the followings:

• Logitech M235 Comes with a Unifying Receiver. If my receiver gets lost I can use the unifying receiver of another Logitech device.

• With a Unifying receiver, I can connect multiple devices. It is very helpful in case you have a laptop with a limited USB port.

• Logitech M235 comes with Side rubber Gripping as well as comes with battery life indicator.

• The is not any major price difference between Logitech M221 and M235 (700 rupees). So why not purchase the better one.
